ABSTRACT The ability to recover from disruptions is important for organizations and supply chains. Empirical data were used investigate factors that affect chain recovery disruptions, including collaboration, visibility, flexibility, analytical orientation, risk management. A literature review was conducted build an online questionnaire applied manufacturing firms in Brazil. This work’s statistical method includes confirmatory factor analysis structural equation modeling. Our results indicate a package of resilience capabilities - orientation positively resilience.
